Where do the tours start from?
The tour departs from the Wild Kerry Day Tours depot in Ross Road, Killarney at 1030 in the morning.
Can I pick up the tour if I am coming from Dublin/Cork/Tralee on the morning of the tour?
Yes, bus and trains arrive in Killarney before the tour departure time and a complimentary pick up service is available on request.
Is car parking available?
Yes, a free car park is available at our depot in Ross Road for the duration of our tours.
Do you offer group rates?
Yes, for groups of over 6 please email info@oconnorautotours.ie to arrange your group rate.
Dingle Peninsula Tours
Does the tour stop at various locations?
Yes, the tour stops at Inch Beach, Dingle, Slea Head, Dun Chaoin plus many more places of interest.
Does the cost of the tour include admissions to the Blasket Heritage Site and Gallarus Oratory?
No, however, discounted prices of €4 and €3 respectively apply. This part of the tour is optional.
Is lunch included on the tour?
No, however, we stop in Dingle town for lunch where there are a number of cafes, snack bars, pubs and reasonable family restaurants.
Does the tour operate all year around?
This is a seasonal tour that runs from 1 May to 30 September.
How do you book a ticket for the tour?

What time does the tour return?
We should be back at the depot in Ross Road by approximately 1700 in the evening.
Is this tour regulated?
Yes, this tour is authorised by the Irish Department of Transport under Road Passenger Licence Number 396 and Route Licence Number 10093.
Gap of Dunloe Tours
What does the Gap of Dunloe Tour include?
This outdoor trip features:
Part coach trip – 15 km
Part walking or optional pony/horse & carriage – 12 km
Part Boat trip – 16 km
The tour begins with a coach transfer to the Gap of Dunloe where the visitor commences the 12 km (7 mile) journey through the Gap to Lord Brandon's Cottage by horse & trap, pony or on foot. A light lunch can be obtained here. The boat departs Lord Brandons Cottage at 14:15 hours approx and arrives at Ross Castle having come through the three lakes of Killarney. Motorcoach will await you at Ross Castle to take you back to Killarney. Bus & Boat €30.
How much time is spent in the coach on this day tour?
You will spend approximately 15 minutes in a coach.
Does the cost of the tour include the cost of the pony/horse & carriage?
No. Pony costs €40 with horse and trap costing €35 per person payable directly to the ponymen. For those that would prefer to walk we would advise to bring a suitable pair of walking shoes.

Ring of Kerry Tours
Does the tour stop at various locations?
Yes, the tour stops at the Kerry Bog Village, Dingle Bay, Kells for the Sheep dog trials and Waterville area for lunch. After lunch additional stops are made at the pass of Coomakista, Castlecove, Sneem, Ladies View and many more places of interest.
Does the cost of the tour include admissions to the Kerry Bog Village and the Sheep Dog Trials?
No. Discounted entrances of €7 & €8 each respectively apply. This part of the tour is optional.
Can you get lunch on the tour?
Yes. Lunch stop is at Waterville where there are a number of reasonable family restaurants and snack bars.
Does the tour operate all year round?
Yes, except Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

What age group is considered ‘Senior’ when purchasing tickets?
